tDR Ang-ular by seriousness

sorry, this has been down for a while. i've put up a pretty shitty screenshot...i'll make a better one later...the old one got lost in the server crash....oh, and i've just noticed a problem with the 'l'. i'll fix that, later. i promise!

this is the font used by the designers rebuplic in wip3out. i re-created it from a swf on their site. you can find a link to it here somewhere: [link] .

no, i did not get their permission to do this, so it does constitute a rip. but, as i'm never going to get the real font, i decided to make my own. this is an approximation of the real thing. i *have* notified tDR, and am eagerly awaiting a reply....meanwhile, you can visit their site at [link] ...enjoy!

i've done some research, and spy lord looks *nothing* like the designer's erpublic's ang-ular. so whichever admin looks at this, please don't remove it. you can read the top, you can see my position, please don't remove it. I like it, and i'm sure that people enjoy using it.

This is not a rip-off of that font. The two fonts -do- look similar, though.

This is, instead, a rip of the font used throughout the game Wipeout 3 for the Playstation. Heh; I have the game's manual right in front of me, and, oddly enough, all the letters look the same. Sorry, but Spy Lord wasn't sniped by Ang-ular.

I like it. It's simple yet spacey. Thanks for your comment on my "Sailor Liz" by the way. It's extremely easy to make a Sailor Moon character for yourself when you use an original as a reference. ^_~

a very accurate clone. the designers republic, i don't think, have ever made the wipeout fonts commercially available. never will i'm assuming. really great job.
